Rechercheur Mike Fletcher, een ruige en obsessieve agent, en zijn partner
Kelsey Walker zijn op het spoor van een seriemoordenaar die door de straten
sluipt op jacht naar prostituees. Wanneer de tienerdochter van Fletcher
verdwijnt ontdekt hij dat de moordenaar haar gekidnapped heeft omdat hij haar
aanzag voor een hoertje. Zijn obsessie wordt alleen maar versterkt en hij laat
al zijn professionaliteit vallen om de moordenaar te vinden en zijn dochter te
redden.



Storyline

Detective Mike Fletcher, a rugged and obsessive police officer, and his partner Kelsey Walker, are on the trail of a serial killer who prowls the streets targeting young streetwalkers. When his teenage daughter disappears, Fletcher discovers that the killer has kidnapped her after mistaking her for a prostitute. Fletcher's obsession goes into overdrive when he drops all professional restraint to get the killer and save his daughter.
